Cancellation charges will be equal to the full amount of the trip, unless the scheduled pickup is cancelled at least thirty (30) days prior. If the passengers do not show up at the designated point of pickup, the full amount of the trip, plus any applicable waiting time fee, will be charged. To avoid a no-show fee, call 215-677-3544 if you cannot locate your vehicle. |

Transline Airport One Limousine Service reserves the right to refuse transportation to person(s) under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, or who, in the opinion of carrier employee, are incapable of caring for themselves (except persons accompanied by a nurse or guardian) or those whose conduct is likely to become objectionable to other passengers. Passengers shall not interfere with the chauffeur in the discharge of his duty or tamper with any apparatus or appliance in the motor vehicle. |
GRATUITY |
Gratuity is 20% and is automatically applied to the base fare. |

Carrier assumes no responsibility for claims resulting from delays, failure to make connection, schedule changes, strikes, acts of God, unusual road, traffic or weather conditions, etc. |
SERVICE |
Any issues and/or complaints with the driver or vehicle must be reported to customer service within 24 hours. Client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges upon job completion. In the unlikely event we have to make any changes to confirmed reservations due to adverse weather, breakdown of the vehicle, or other factors, we will inform you at the earliest possible time. We reserve the right to cancel confirmed reservations in these unlikely events. Vehicle make, color, and model are not guaranteed unless stated in the contract. If for some reason beyond the control of the Company, a mechanical failure makes necessary the replacement of a vehicle originally assigned to the service, the replacement vehicle may be of a different type. For all services paid with a credit card when prior arrangements with our office have not been made, we require a physical imprint of the credit card. Our chauffeurs will imprint your credit card at the time of service and obtain the signature of the credit card holder. |
Tolls, parking, phone usage, extra stops, airport fees and other surcharges are not included in the base fare and will be calculated into the final price. If there are more passengers on the day of pickup, the additional passenger(s) will be charged half of the original base fare. No exceptions. |
The passengers are fully responsible for all damage to the vehicle and/or injuries caused to the chauffeur or other third parties for the duration of the trip. Transline Airport One Limousine Service is not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of the passenger(s). In case of misconduct by the passenger(s), the chauffeur has the right to terminate the trip without any refunds. The cost of repairing damage to vehicles resulting from acts of any of the passengers will be charged to the account or credit card holder. Passengers agree that the seating capacity of the vehicle provided shall not be exceeded. Smoking is prohibited. A fee will be added to your trip for smoking or excessive litter. Passengers assure that no illegal drugs will be consumed in the vehicle. |
When your flight lands, the first thirty (30) minutes of waiting time are free. After that, the passenger will be charged $15.00 in fifteen (15) minute increments. No Exceptions. If your flight is cancelled or delayed, please contact us immediately at 215-677-3544. |

Transline Airport One Limousine Service does not provide child safety or booster seats. However, customers may provide and use their own. |
